We are looking for a skilled and motivated Commercial Law Attorney to join our dynamic legal team.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Law and admission to the Romanian Bar
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing commercial law in Romania
- Legal support in our projects
- Involvement in corporate and litigation matters for multinational companies
- Contribution to research and drafting of memos, legal reports, legal correspondence with foreign majority clients (in English or German)
- Travel for representation in court
- Contribution to the drafting, revision, negotiation, adaptation of commercial contracts
- Professional contributions to newsletters and professional articles

Requirements:
