Hategan Attorneys is the main business law firm in western Romania whose client base is more than 75% German companies – a Romanian business law firm built from the very beginning primarily for German speaking investors. Hategan Attorneys is headquartered in Timisoara, internationally connected, and handles legal projects nationwide.

Founded in 2004, the law firm has grown each year, with a dynamic team of lawyers offering an integrated and tailored range of legal services in accordance with the needs of our clients, with a focus on international companies, but also on Romanian businesses and other organizations.

We distinguish ourselves through our pragmatic, results-oriented approach and our commitment to understanding our clients' commercial interests - a foundation we have built for more than 20 years.
