Dorina joined the Hategan team as an Of Counsel at the end of 2024. She is a Romanian-qualified lawyer with over 25 years of experience working within international banks and corporations, as well as reputable foreign law firms, present in Romania.

Dorina has expertise in banking and finance - both regulatory and transactions, corporate and commercial law, IT and software development contracts, has a good track record of financing and M&A deals and multi-jurisdiction experience (working on transactions where the governing law for the financing documents was English, Austrian or Dutch law).
