Eusebiu Ioan Rădulescu
Eusebiu has joined Hategan Team in 2017 from NNDKP. He is specialized in commercial litigations, being involved in litigations on behalf of several major commercial banks related to loan contracts that involved consumer protection aspects and implementation of European directives on loan agreements. In his activity, he also represented the interests of a Romanian subsidiary, belonging to a major German holding, which had litigations involving multiple sanctions given by the authorities. Eusebiu is involved in a wide range of litigations ranging from commercial law, labor law, construction and customs to transport law.
